I'm posting up these three articles for those closely following the inquest into the death of Brenda Leyland.
The Coroner in the Andrew Chubb inquest reached the wrong verdict.
Two contributory reasons, which also apply to the death of Brenda Leyland, were these:
1. The Coroner refused to convene an inquest jury, and
2. The Police immediately declared that this was an accident and not a suspicous death.
